We get a lot of customer photos enjoying their blanket hoodie with their furr babies snuggling into them.. Well now you can have matching Cloudies!
We currently have three sizes only for the Cloudie Pets. This fits best on small size dogs or cats. Please refer to the sizing guide below and don't forget to measure your pets and stick to the guide given to get that paw-fect fit and to avoid disappointment.
Our Cloudie Pets collection doesn't fit large breed dogs.

How to Wash
How to wash:
You may wash your Cloudie in the washing machine, but don't just toss it in with your regular load— use “delicate” or “gentle wash”. Choose your washing machine’s lowest cycle to avoid damage.
How to dry:
The best way to dry it is to hang dry. However, if you must put your Cloudie in the dryer, be sure to use a tumble dry or air setting.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
The majority of shipments are shipped by a third party courier (Gogo Xpress, LBC or J&T). Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number and a link in your email so you can check its status. In most cases, your orders are delivered within 2-5 business days depending on your distance from our warehouse located in Rizal, Philippines.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or your contact number.
BLANKET HOODIE Shipping Cost
Due to the size and nature of our products, shipping cost is calculated per kilo basis.
The standard shipping cost is as follows (price may differ in provincial areas):
160php – -1 kilo order or 1 parcel order
200php – 1+ or 2 kilos or 2 parcel order
280php – 3 kilos onwards or 3 parcel order onwards
THE CLOUDIE POD Shipping Cost
We offer 100% free shipping on all orders within Metro Manila. Orders will be shipped in approximately 1-2 weeks (some restrictions may apply).
For outside Metro Manila delivery, the rate is base on the volumetric weight (size & weight) of the items and not the quantity of the items ordered. We are currently using South Seas Cargo as our shipment partner. Please note that shipping fee will be collected by the courier upon delivery of your order/s.
Same day delivery
If you are under a time crunch and are looking to get your order faster, chances are we can squeeze you into our schedule. You can reach out to us in our social media accounts (IG&FB: @thecloudie.co) and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Your can request a same day via lalamove, grab deliver or any third party couriers that you prefer. Please note that shipping costs should be shouldered by the buyer.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
