CARE

The Cloudie® Pod should be maintained by regularly ‘fluffing” it to maintain its fullness. Whenever your foam bag is feeling a little lumpy or flat, simply toss and shake it to bring it back to its former glory. You never need to add additional fill. 

The cover of your Cloudie® Pod is designed to be removed and washed as needed. To clean, unzip and remove the cover. Brush off loose dirt, then launder with mild detergent on the gentle cycle. Allow to air dry.

SHIPPING

We offer 100% free shipping on all orders within Metro Manila. Orders will be shipped in approximately 1-2 weeks (some restrictions may apply).

For outside Metro Manila delivery, the rate is base on the volumetric weight (size & weight) of the items and not the quantity of the items ordered. We are currently using South Seas Cargo as our shipment partner. Please note that shipping fee will be collected by the courier upon delivery of your order/s.
